If anyone's thinking that, you're fooling yourselves. Honestly, from my perspective, this is about what we can expect around here - up and running fine a majority of the time, slow occasionally, and every once in a while we're just plain down for a bit.

Things would improve if we 1) move on to a different software platform and 2) move on to better server infrastructure, but whether that ever happens is above my pay grade.
