Ouch! From what I can see, the first guy waited to long to flare his toggles. The second guy looked like he got some kind of wind whip, that one was hard to tell. His left hand was also flailing around when he was trying to toggle.

I think the high wind was fucking with them badly. Gusty wind followed by an "ungust" and you lose lift and combine all your vertebrae into one.
