Sources: Four-time Pro Bowl tackle and Super Bowl champ Orlando Brown Jr. is finalizing a four-year, $64.092 million front-loaded deal with the #Bengals that includes an over $31M signing bonus — largest ever for an o-lineman.

Yeah, if you put the 4 tackles together it's probably a wash any way you look at it. Your LT was less but Taylor was signed first to play there at way more money, before they grabbed up Smith. Not really too much to crow about for any of them. [Reply]

Even Wanya Morris is a more effective pass blocker, and he's only a project with potential.
All BS aside, overall he's probably less than what was expected. I'll give him a little bit of a pass because after he came out of the Seattle game with a groin, he proceeded to give up 26 pressure in the next 4 games alone. Other than those games he only gave up 5+ pressures once.
An average T should give up only about 33-35 pressure for the year and around 4 or 5 sacks. Only time Brown bettered those numbers was in '19 and '20 with the Ravens. Chiefs Ts will never give up as many sacks because Mahomes is so elusive. [Reply]

Really? That's a load of BS. Did you watch the game. I understand bitterness knowing that it's over and it's long climb in your division with glass Joe. [Reply]

What makes your situation worse with Brown Jr is the Bengals play in a division with elite HOF pass rushers in their prime. Not a good thing considering his limitations. [Reply]
