Most of the players cut are subject to waivers. Veterans cut with four years of NFL service are not subject to waivers and will immediately become unrestricted free agents.

I think for whatever reason he has NOT helped the Browns. He hasnt reacted or acted well since joining the team.

I DONT CARE, if he can help the Chiefs Id be all for it. If he gets cut that would probably humble him out. I think he would love playing with a QB like Mahomes and other real Weapons besides Running Backs to get him open.

He should be on a team with a real passing offense. He was never a fit for one of the most run first teams in the league.
