It would be something if that one case that has not settled goes to trial. If that case is same lawyer and the fact that it is not settled has something to do with the merits and not some unique stubbornness of the plaintiff, that could really be something if there is a trial after all. [Reply]

My only issue is that he was basically suspended last year for his behavior, however he was paid and the monetary punishment should be harsher. [Reply]
NFL probably suspended Ross to try and set the precedent that they actually are punishing owners in preparation for this appeal, knowing the NFLPA would point to the CBA saying owners must be held to a higher standard than players. [Reply]
