It is very standard. You can not add persons or businesses later. Let the system remove them. If you do not then Adams lawyer can make an argument, right or not, that the blame belongs somewhere else then if a judge rules in their favor it is over. While naming all connected parties they do all the process for you as they are all against each other as well. It is the best way to win a lawsuit. [Reply]
