The video was actually filmed at a fan's house, and the band had to pay about $50K in damages to the house after filming was done, as the fans on set pretty much trashed the place. [Reply]

Long story short, them getting discovered destroyed any tolerance the music scene here had for variety. Tons of good bands died when Slipknot got signed because the entire scene shifted towards trying to be the next Slipknot.
Plus I worked with a spouse of one of the early band members and knew a couple of them casually. [Reply]

Saw them live in Sioux Falls, it was pretty good. Korn stole the show though, holy fuck were they good. It was an absolute blast watching them. [Reply]
