Andy screwed up on that Colts final drive. Should have called a timeout to save 30+ seconds for the final Chiefs drive. Might have helped a lot at the end. Of course Chris Jones’ unsportsmanlike penalty on 4th and forever was a massive mistake.

Mahomes is really, really good but with league average OTs (if that overall, especially at pass protection) and far below league average WRs, the run is probably over. The D is much improved, but we really need Skyy Moore to quickly develop and be a legit #1 WR.

Mahomes locked in on Juju.
Juju had trouble running his route with #17s defender in his way.

Going to him on that play doesn’t make sense. Maybe Hardman is supposed to go deeper and Juju cut under him on the slant?

Probably not. But it would have opened the offense up so when Mahomes had time or when he ran around, he or someone else would get open.

There were more than a few plays where Mahomes escaped pressure and still couldn't find anyone open.
