She didn't say but Birx seems like the type to say if they were.

Hope they do that here. I can distance teach the rest of the year.

It's all melting together these days, but I thought they were having a problem with false positives/negatives due to the type of test they were administering? Something about the test picking up COVID, just not this strain?

Well, that was fun. :-)

I put in a Ralphs order last Saturday to be delivered via Instacart that arrived about 90 minutes ago. I spent the better part of an hour spraying Clorox Cleaner with Bleach on everything.

Not only did the driver make substitutions, even though I clearly marked "No Substitutions", I paid at least $30 dollars more than if I'd gone to the store myself because Ralphs, for whatever reason, didn't apply my Ralphs card for coupons and the driver didn't pick up some of the more important items.

So, guess where I'm going tomorrow morning at 7 am?

Such a waste of time and money. I'll just mask and glove up from now on.

Yeah, my 6th Grader is attending classes daily on Zoom and my 2nd grader is doing Zoom Class two hours a week plus her homework, which is graded by the teacher as normal.

The funny thing is that the kids really don't miss school at this point because they're having the Zoom meetings with classmates and teachers and they're allowed two 30 minute FaceTime sessions per day with their friends.

What they do seem to miss is all of their extra-curricular activities such as their respective school musicals, Glee and Glee, Jr., After School Enrichment Programs and recess with their friends.

Academically speaking, nothing has changed (so far, anyway).

Unfortunately, I've heard more stories about False Negatives than False Positives from those medical workers in my family and close circle of friends.

Just went to Walmart here and its the first time I've encountered waiting in line to get in a store. It didn't seem like they were limiting the number of people in the store just that they were only letting 1 person in the cart area at a time so they could wipe down the carts.
