I think it's great how it currently sits. The four best teams played for the championship and the best team won.

3 years. 3 wins

Even Odom found a way to win 4 games in a woefully mismanaged season

We basically had an 8 team playoff this year. It just didn't work out cause Wisconsin lost.

Wisky vs OSU - (Wisky) win and in
UGA v AUB - win and in
CLEM v Miami - win and in
OU v TCU - (OU) win and in

The real interesting thing would have been if Auburn won the SEC. After beating #1 UGA, #1 Bama and then beating UGA again they would have been in. Does a 2 loss SEC conference champ make way for a 2 loss Big 10 champ as well?

True joy? All I said was some people might enjoy watching their team win some games. You have a pretty nasty habit of making yourself look incredibly stupid. I'd work on that.

7-1 in the Bowl games, I wouldn't say they didn't produce a worthy team.

I saw this posted on reddit:

Georgia had 4 coin tosses in the 2 playoff games this year, 2 in regulation and 2 for OT. They lost all 4 coin tosses.

So, that ended quickly...

Only viable candidate was Ohio State and they got anally violated by Iowa. That loss doesn't happen, they're in easily. Time for teams to learn that they control their own fate.

The sheer amount of butthurt across the nation guarantees they will expand the playoff.

The SEC sucked and ended up with the both teams in the championship game. Conference strength has nothing to do with which teams are the best at the end of the year.

It was nice to not have to endure another Big 10 shutout in the playoff. Clemson got smoked, but nothing like what OSU and MSU treated us to the last couple years.
