They'll do a GPS-type recreation at the least, perhaps show the play itself if they have as good an angle as they can create in the simulator.

I know that sounds weird, but they aren't making it up. They have positional data covering every bit of the pitch for the whole game, so they'll plug that data into a simulation with player avatars to show where the offence occurred.
