We have taken on a lot of players with bad attitudes, behavior issues on teams and off the field Hill, Kelce etc. most have turned out alright. No way a Mahomes locker room allows a player to be a distraction in the locker room.
If this dude stays the same with us, no big deal. High upside to place a bet on. [Reply]
I remember Toney well in the draft last year. He's basically a Percy Harvin kind of guy. When I saw the Giants got him I knew he'd be a wasted talent. But in THIS offense, he'll be a star. He's definitely a bonafide first round talent. Veach is all about maximizing value, he definately did that here.
Hats off to Brett Veach, best GM in the NFL. [Reply]

Yeah, he's obviously very talented. Prime Sammy Watkins level running ability after the catch. At the very least. And near Tyreek level suddenness. Didn't see a lot of deep throws to him, I'll have to see if I can find some. [Reply]
Plays just like Percy Harvin with the same speed, shiftiness and attitude. When those guys are on top of their game, it doesn’t matter what defenses try to do to stop them. Him pairing with Mahomes, Kelce snd Skyy for the forseable future should terrify teams. Especially if we’re able to keep Juju around for a few years to go with them.
This is such a fun time to be a chiefs fan. [Reply]
So, this maybe Q, but I thought it was interesting because Bart Scott is a well-known Chiefs hater (predicted us not to make the playoffs before the season started) thinks it's unfair that Toney was traded to KC.
I think you can tell alot about a player by how they interact with the media - he seems to be relaxed and enjoy answering their questions. There are a few questions you can tell he doesn't like (they seemed to be needling him over pointless stuff) but for the most part he seemed respectful and open. Has a pretty good sense of humor at 2:48 in the second video
Watching him shred to pieces a very good Cowboys defense last year was impressive. If he can stay healthy and show discipline and willingness to learn the system, it could be a massive steal. He reminds me of a faster more athletic Debo Samuel, though less of a running back type. Just his style of play. And his ability to throw the ball is neat.
I am assuming he is healthy now or the deal wouldn't have been made. We have the best fitness and conditioning staff in the entire league. I see something special brewing here. [Reply]
Hopefully he just needs a change of scenery. I think he will respect Mahomes/Reid enough to stay in line similar to when Rodman went to Bulls. Not saying this guy is a HOFer but sometimes guys like him just need strong leadership from a well respected player/HC which I believe NYG lack. [Reply]
