Seems pretty clear that they recovered the server. They're just waiting for a trial in which it can be "discovered" for the public (and a news cycle) and submitted as evidence. In the meantime, Trump will do his thing and wait for the Democrats to make their move - whatever it may be. And it looks to me like they are going to stall. They're not getting anything serious or Schiff would be leaking it. This whole thing seems to have hit a wall for them.
Also, it's clear that Trump has a FISA on Schiff that probably started back when Sessions was AG. He has been playing Schiff like a rubber ball and paddle. I don't think Schiff is the only one, though. I think the lot of them are FISA'ed up, Obama included. That part will probably always remain redacted. FISA works both ways.
