A more “professional” attorney may not have brought this to the forefront so quickly and so loudly.
Releasing the bits of evidence that he has (the texts) immediacy brought some level of validity to the case.
Also, he did (as Watson confirmed) offer to settle this quickly before going public.
To this attorney’s credit, he clearly lined everything up quietly. He didn’t go public until he had SEVERAL suits ready to file. [Reply]
