Patteeu Memorial Political Forum>Gun owners: ready to surrender them yet?
Discuss Thrower 06:26 PM 01-19-2021
It's very simple. There will be a mass shooting event sooner than later.

It will be followed by a massive leak wherein everyone who can be traced to have owned a firearm in any capacity will be made public.

This mass shooting event will be blamed on the "alt right."

Thus the connotation will be made between gun ownership and "white nationalism / supremacy" where it is assumed if you're in one category you are, by definition, in the other. If you don't give up your guns then logically you are just like the terrorists who invaded the Capitol.

Do not say

you were

not warned.

Not yet. He's working on it. Between naps and very soft food. If we're lucky he'll just forget about it...

Y'all might want to sit down for this one.

This case was a district court case about local police responding to a suicidal threat call and clearing the area for weapons. The Court (even the liberals) made it clear that the community caretaking function doesn't permit a search of a home incident to such caretaking. They didn't even reverse the prior case saying that you could search a vehicle on that same rationale.

Leaving that out makes it sound like the police just randomly entered someone's home and started taking guns.

I'd still it rather have gone this way than the other way.

But including relevant info would make it more difficult to get low-IQ CP dolts to spaz out.

Here's the entire opinion.

Good. Misinformation on that level, be it from Republican or Democrat, should be decried by any and all outlets that deem themselves to be "media/press".

Uncle Touchy needs to eat a bag of dicks and :-) about a subject he clearly knows little to nothing about.

I just posted that in an old thread, because I hadn't been in this one lately.

Biden wanted the lower court decision to be held up. :-)

Alito wrote that this implicates Red Flag laws even though this case did not address those.

And a broken clock is still right twice a day. Come to think of it... what does MDG's reporting of the SC decision have anything to do with Biden running at the mouth on shit he clearly doesn't know or understand?

Have we heard back from your FBI dude yet on that report from montanadailygazette.com? I'm starting to believe that he simply had a Female Body Investigator ball cap on and fed into your fantasy in hopes of finding out what it is like to stick his dick in crazy.

Biden has been spreading outright lies on guns for decades. No different than many, if not most, of the Democrat "leadership". Every time those bastards open their mouths when it comes to guns they say another outrageous lie and rarely get called out for it.

A Snopes article calling out "misinformation" isn't close to proportional.
