As you can see them ribs sauced beyond regulation by KC standards so that ramekin is for them four onion rings which are the 3rd option on the plate

I cooked steak for the wife on mothers day, and of course it started to rain. I rolled out this shitbox awning thing the prior owners installed.

I got fuckall for pictures because everything was a bit of a mess, but I was proud of my effort given the circumstances.

Thanks.

I don't do a ton on charcoal. My wife would never take the time, but nothing beats a good charcoal sear, so I sprung for the mini - it was dirt cheap. I should have just bucked up and bought a good one, but my cheap ass side got the best of me.

Maybe some day I'll have the time to do it like you guys. Someday when I grow up.
