LFG! PHYSICAL presence in the slot who runs like a back after the catch. Exactly who Veach and Andy wanted. Make teams pay for playing 2 high shell. Lets address DE and corner now to allow Veach to go BPA in the draft.
Memo to the rest of the NFL: You better not let Jameson Williams fall to the Chiefs. [Reply]
He excels at the intermediate zones and short catches with blockers in front of him. He’s also a hell of a blocker from the slot and often flexes into the outside shoulder of the TE/OT to block the edge.
I’d much rather have signed Allen Robinson, because I feel he offers more consistent big play threat, but this signing helps this offense in a lot of ways and after we draft a WR this will likely be the best set of WRs Pat had had. [Reply]

Do average players put up a 1400'yard receiving season? [Reply]
And this definitely doesn't take us out of the running of drafting a WR in the top 100 picks this year. It probably makes it more likely that we will. [Reply]
Smart move by Juju. It'll be interesting to see what he can do with the world's greatest QB throwing to him. He had a great year when the Rapist was healthy, and then the last couple of years were not good when he had Mason Rudolph and then got hurt. [Reply]
He failed as a WR1. He's not going to be asked to be that here. But he succeeded as a WR2 when Brown was on the opposite side of him and Big Ben wasn't a fucking corpse. [Reply]

WR is definitely still a need in the draft… but now the pressure to go against the historical trend and have a rookie WR make an immediate impact in Andy Reid’s offense is lessened.
