Not an excuse...it's just "business" and brand building.

It's cute that you still believe the NFL is about fair play....

You think a globalist like Walton doling out $4.6 billion with Condi Rice has no effect on the games....ownership power matters. Like everything else in this world...the "good old boys' club.

This isnt Marc Davis we're talking about..

This is awesome...

Bye Bye Chubb...and any hope of bringing in FAs.

It's cool...you still have the draft....oh Snap.

Wilson gives ZERO shits...he got his.
That's because of his signing bonus :-)

The cap hits are going to remain at $24M in 2022 and $27M in 2023.

He was only due to make $51M over the next two years, $24M in 2022 and $27M in 2023. The $245M extension he just signed doesn't kick in for two more years, he just gets $50M of it now via signing bonus.

So to clarify. Paying the 3rd best QB in the division $49 million average starting in 2024, but you can’t take advantage of his “cheap” years bc you don’t have early draft picks during that time.

Meanwhile KC is reloading with 9 picks in the top 100 in 2022/2023

Beautiful

Well, 3rd best QB in the division on the last place team... you forgot that part.

I've never seen a fanbase so excited about getting bent over a financial barrel....

I thought it was a terrible deal when you were only paying him $24 million...Moobs has completely just hamstrung your team...not only in losing picks/players but preventing you from being able to sign what few players you want to keep in the future...your depth is already terrible.

Entertaining...this has an extremely high risk of being one of the biggest blunders in NFL history. Only the NFL's ability to steer outcomes is going to save you...lose one or two players to injury...even the string-pullers wont be able to compensate for it.

The shrewd move was to let 2022 play out and see what you have first...but Moobs was not having it...as I said he wouldnt.

Denver already has a Super Bowl caliber roster, it's why they went after Russ in the first place and why Russ turned down other teams to come here.

The Rams haven't had a first round pick in 7 years. Fuck them picks.

Rams had Aaron Donald, Odell Beckham Jr, Jalen Ramsey, Cooper Kupp. That’s not even counting Matt Stafford.

Only player close to those players on Denver’s roster is Surtain :-)

Don't forget Von Miller, and a top 5 HC.

And one of the best offensive minds in the league.

The Rams were making SB's with Jared fucking Goff.

Good rosters can still make the playoffs without good QB's. See the Rams and 49ers for example.

Denver couldn't...because their roster sucks.

Knoshow dealing the hot takes...did Donald, Kupp, Ramsey, Beckham and Mcvay come with the trade? I guess i missed that part.

You have one player in the CBS top 100..Wilson at 60...and no probowler/all-pros.

Kupp had 2 more TDs (16) than every TE/WR on your entire team combined...9 of those 14 Donks TDs arent playing for them this season.
