If the guards suck, he'll suck.

If the guards are decent, he'll be serviceable. Won't provide a ton of push in the run game, won't blow shit in the pass game. He's good enough to contribute on a good team, he's not good enough to change the direction of a bad unit.

We got rid of him because Humphrey is good. But IMO, as long as he's cheap, he's probably worth it unless he's out of shape.

He'll do a solid job in pass protection and be a mess in the run game. Big DTs will dog-walk him a bit (Vea will destroy him).

He's an adequate player. He's unlikely to be the reason you win anything or lose anything. Most of the time you won't notice him.
