Chris Hemsworth should give a percentage of his paycheck to Taika Waititi seeing as he basically singlehandedly saved Thor as an MCU character. I'm very much looking forward to this movie as well.

Are you familiar by chance with the comics version of the Gorr the God Butcher story? If you're not, look it up. One of the best Thor stories written.

I really can't see how Gorr's story can be done properly in this flick with Jane, the Guardians, and Olympus all in play. Maybe Gorr will be a multi-picture villain crossing over into other stories?

Yeah, if they really go by the comics at all, he seems too powerful for a one-off movie villain. Which is what makes me nervous. They don't really give much away in the trailer.
