He stayed in pads throughout the game.

They also said Kemp's knee is probably a serious acl injury

Okay, then he's "day-to-day." Feel better now? :-)

Anyone else tired of seeing Henne out there?

I enjoyed the Thompson Twins.

I hope Thompson makes it. I’d hate to see him end up on the Patriots because he reminds me of an Edelman/Welker type.

I agree. He looks like a perfect slot receiver.

I would have never put Mahomes out there against the Steelers. Bud Dupree knows that one good cheap shot at the knees, and their path to the AFC Championship opens up wide.

Especially without Big Ben playing. It's like swapping hostages during a negotiation. If they don't put up collateral, don't you do it yourself.

My favorite plays of the game were the punts and the turnovers and Henne's first snap. Whatever keeps Mahomes out of harm's way until it matters.

Juan Thornhill does a nice job recognizing the route, goes stride for stride, then gets his head around. Nowhere for that ball to go. pic.twitter.com/97pNhjfyHV

Henne wouldn't be my choice for any more than a couple games, but again, where are you going to find a reliable #2 at this time of the year.
lol...you implied Henne reliable!

I'm fine with giving him time, but if the end goal of the pick was to replace Chris Jones, it would be very foolish to let Jones walk with the hope that Saunders will develop into a suitable replacement in the next season + offseason

Henne likely left 2 TD's on the field that Mahomes makes. The first play he is in, 7:31 mark of the first quarter, he misses Robinson by about 5 yards. He hits him in stride, and that is an easy TD.

And then he misses Hardman if the one that is discussed by Baldinger here:
