Dante84 01:00 PM 04-23-2021
developing.

The #Ravens are trading LT Orlando Brown to the #Chiefs, per me and @MikeGarafolo. A new blindside protector for Patrick Mahomes.

Trojan horse. Should have known Ravens wouldn't give him to us if he was truly good.

I wanted him but yeah he's fucking bad.

Chiefs can't give this guy a big contract. I don't what you do, but paying this guy is NOT the answer.

Yeah you absolutely cannot pay this dude. Chalk it up as a loss and move on.

Orlando Brown

He shouldn't be trusted with 1st round picks.

Orlando Brown simply can't pass block. It was the non-standard offense Baltimore runs that made him look good. At this point, we'd be better with Niang there. Orlando Brown doesn't even look like a starting caliber player.

I was worried about the changes in o line. We never do the jet sweeps and shit either anymore

Forget Orlando Brown being the long-term answer, he's not even a starting caliber LT in a pass-first offense. Cut your losses, and start Niang the rest of the year and see if he may be the answer.

After what just happened I don’t know how you trot him back out there next week. We are lucky Mahomes isn’t dead right now. Jesus.

Yeah, almost getting your QBs neck snapped is not ideal

Niang is not the answer either. Both are too slow. But you're right, Orlando Brown is clearly not the answer. He is terrible.

Are you saying Niang at left tackle? He wasn't good at right so I don't know why he would be good at left. That said, we have a big Veatch problem. We should have never paid Jones and Clark. We cannot pay Orlando Brown what he's going to want.
