Similar to KCUnited’s meal I loved so much. It’s now my favorite meal that we agreed to make our Thanksgiving tradition instead of shitty ass Turkey.

Have also seen people use beef cheeks for this too. This video is a great example

What do you sauce it with?

It was a can of cream of chicken, one cream of mushroom, couple cups of sour cream and some melted butter.

Really heart healthy stuff!

Old school heaven. Potato soup with toasted sourdough bread.

Bacon, caramelized onions, green onions, heavy cream, milk, butter, personal choice of seasonings.

Nice choice, had that exact tater soup earlier this week minus the caramelized onion but plus on shredded colby jack cheese... hearty, satisfying, simple

:-)

Yep, very simple and absolutely delicious.

Went with some shredded cheddar on top as well. Wish I would have added a little more corn starch soup to thicken it up a bit more.

I think the caramelized onions brings a bit more depth of flavor and won't make it any other way.

Had bacon-wrapped shrimp and burnt ends chili at the Iron Horse Bar and Grill after the son's hockey game, very very tasty...
