If you look at past NE losses its generally the inside guys who ruin the game. 2015 vs denver everyone looks at Von Miller but it was the wolf/malik jackson that completely changed the game. I'm petrified of Jones in this game. If am a I think it starts with him. Andrew's, the pats center is smart and tough but a bit undersized. He can be worked or at least force o-line to adjust opening lanes for LB's work.

Just trying to figure out KC's D. They looked like a different D last week but hoping it was a product of such an inept colts team.
Colts shutdown Watt(im assuming this is who you're referring to) and made Clowney and the Houston line look silly. Chiefs Dline tore the best oline in footballs ass a new one last week. We heard all week how the best oline in football was completely shut us down and i'm sure Luck is still having nightmares about that game.

I think the difference with our pass rush vs LAC is indeed that we have Chris Jones creating pressure in the middle. It's tough to block three legitimately elite pass rushers.

As for trying to figure out our D, we are as well. The one true constant though - and it's relevant for this game - is that throughout the season it's been much, much better at home (18ppg during the regular season which was good enough for 6th in the league).

Does that stat really matter? Going back 34 games? Why 34?

Chargers scored 29 on you at home this year and you lost.

In game #35 the Donkeys scored 31 and the only reason they scored 31 was a fumble return. You kept them under 300 yards of total offense. You were the #3 D in the NFL. The D was fine.

In 2014 you didn't allow anyone over 30 at home. You had the #2 D.

In 2013 SD and DEN hung 41 and 35 on you respectfully but you were #5 in scoring D.

You technically played respectable defense at home for almost 50 games.

Numbers are what you want them to be.

Would we pats fans rather be home - sure, no travel, less noise while offense is on the field, reverse for opponent, etc.

But in the end, one has to play where one plays and good teams can travel and win in other stadiums. It is a single elimination any given Sunday game where anything could happen.

The pats have won big games in the past Pitt '04 and SD '06 and have also lost in the past Indy '06, Denver '13 and '15.

The good thing is that we are healthy something that we are not always at this point in the season.

We have the horses to win this game and if we execute on Sunday, the game will be a lot closer that what KC fans think it will be.
Strawman... no one said HFA is 100% so of course the game still has to be played.

But the FACT that he refuses to acknowlege (to the point of looking foolish) is that it matters.

Umm, they played Denver in 2013 and 2015. Go look at who was on IR in those seasons.

They never had a chance and a missed extra point was why they weren't in OT in Denver.

NE had no business whatsoever even playing in those title games based on those injuries.

You people are such homers, you remove all contexts and facts to make yourselves feel better.

Here are some facts:

1. NE matches up very well on both sides of the ball, better than KC does.
2. NE is VERY healthy. In even seasons, they get lucky with health (2014, 2016....2018).
3. Brady has the ego checked along with Gronk.

Don't expect this team to come in there not looking like NE usually looks.

An angry Brady, Edelman and maybe Gronk's last game....Yikes! Expect serious problems unlike any CRAP, one trick pony team you played at home all year.

It's called complimentary football. It was on my tv screen last Sunday vs SD and it will be again this Sunday, whether you want to be this ignorant or not.

The question is, can KC play a better brand of it, which the facts say NO.

NE's secondary alone and those match ups favoring NE, allow NE to dictate more than usual on D.

NE has the best OL and Secondary left in the postseason, but keep pissing in the wind in denial of this.

Irrelevant

3-4 is 3-4 and the only thing that is going to change that is the 3-5 coming this weekends end. Enjoy yourself while still struggling for playoff air, we stomp on your face this weekend.

I just told you how KC scored 21 points in easy fashion. Don't expect that to happen again.

Wow.

Your defense is not better than SDs either.
Patriots defense is trash on the road. You get run on and you give up points. This Chiefs team dropped 40 on you in Gillette Stadium. That was with our QB getting outwitted by Bill in the 1st half.

The Chiefs have scored at least 40 on your defense in 3 of the last 4 meetings. This is the best version of our offense at home and you don’t have the horses to stop all of them.

You better pray that Brady can put points on the board early bc if not the Chiefs will force you to give up the run and endure the best pass rush in the league when they go up 14-0 on you early like they’ve done all year.

That’s not why he’s been out this season. And we lost to Baltimore? Again, look things up before you post.

Forgot about the 29 points by SD. Man, these homers are SNEAKY.

Mason and Cannon, with Gronk/Allen are going to bury the finesse Dee Ford off that edge.

They're leaning so heavily on this "HFA" concept, there are more OTHER important keys to the game, one of them who gets ahead first. That's huge more so than where this game is played.

If NE wins the toss and storms down the field like last week with the ball spread around everywhere, and Michel doing his thing, THAT is more important than where this game is played.
We are waiting on you guys to use facts that are, you know, actually true...

I've already made a post about your inaccuracies...

I meant SD.

Yes, you lost to SD. Also, you sneaky people keep saying "we haven't allowed 30 points", but your team allowed 29. Wow! You really got us there!

Hint: NE IS BETTER THAN SD, Balt, Houston or any of these other paper tiger teams.

Get it?

Get a degree before you post.
