Looks like its Cooper Mannings son. The 3rd manning who apparently was a high QB recruit too but when he got to D1 as a freshman he was disagnosed with some spinal issue. So im kinda gonna root for this kid. I cant imagine the stress Cooper has seeing the success of his brothers knowing that could have been him. Cooper can vicariously live thru Arch.
