Patteeu Memorial Political Forum>Sidney Powell: "We're Getting Ready To Overturn Election Results In Multiple States

Former federal prosecutor Sidney Powell, a Trump campaign lawyer, suggested in a Sunday interview that there is still more evidence coming out in President Donald Trump’s claims of voter fraud and irregularities.

“We’re getting ready to overturn election results in multiple states,” Powell said, saying that she has enough evidence of election fraud to launch a widespread criminal investigation.

“I don’t make comments without having the evidence to back it up,” she added, saying that elections software switched “millions of votes” from Trump to Democratic nominee Joe Biden.

Powell notably provided legal counsel to Gen. Michael Flynn in 2019. She was named to Trump’s legal team in the past several days.

Powell said a whistleblower came forward and said the elections software was designed to “rig elections,” saying that “he saw it happen in other countries,” referring to voting systems Dominion Voting Systems and Smartmatic, or perhaps other software and machines.

“We have so much evidence, I feel like it’s coming in through a fire hose,” Powell said, while noting that she won’t reveal the evidence that she has.

“They can stick a thumb drive in the [voting] machine, they can upload software to it even from the Internet … from Germany or Venezuela even,” she said, adding that operations “can watch votes in real-time” and “can shift votes in real-time,” or alleged bad actors can “remote access anything.”

“We’ve identified mathematically the exact algorithm they’ve used—and planned to use from the beginning” that allegedly switched votes to Biden, Powell remarked.

Powell also made reference to a 2019 investigation from Sens. Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.), Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), Ron Wyden (D-Ore.), as well as other Democratic lawmakers into Dominion Voting Systems, Election Systems & Software, and Hart InterCivic. The senators had expressed concerns about the security of the voting systems.

“(W)e have concerns about the spread and effect of private equity investment in many sectors of the economy, including the election technology industry—an integral part of our nation’s democratic process,” wrote the lawmakers in their letters to the firms about a year ago.

“These problems threaten the integrity of our elections and demonstrate the importance of election systems that are strong, durable, and not vulnerable to attack.”

Later in the Sunday morning interview, Powell said that her team has “detected voting irregularities that are inexplicable” in states where officials believe they have valid systems.

During the election, Republicans in the House were able to flip at least 11 seats while the GOP is poised to maintain control of the Senate. Some conservatives have questioned how such a voting pattern is possible for Biden to win the presidential election, let alone receive more votes than any other presidential candidate in American history, including President Barack Obama’s victory in 2008.

You all seem to be claiming they are all nuts or not credible. Sure there may be a few kooks in there. The majority are not. Again, I ask. What do they have to gain by signing these affidavits under the penalty of perjury and subjecting themselves to Liberal hate?

Cool. I can see some of them possibly doing this. I can't believe they all are though and many have some pretty damning testimony.

“I know I saw ballots with return addresses filled out,” said Morgan, who claims to work for a Postal Service contractor. “Thousands of them, thousands.”

The appearance at a voter fraud event hosted by the right-wing Thomas More Center turned Morgan into the latest viral star on the Trumpist right. And, soon enough, his claims were being amplified by the president, his legal team, conservative groups unaffiliated with the campaign, and Trump supporters themselves all of whom have argued that nearly 300,000 bogus mail-in ballots were used in Pennsylvania, Morgan’s home state, to put Joe Biden over the top.

Video of Morgan’s speech on Twitter has been viewed more than 3 million times—helped along by a Trump tweet—while the president and his campaign have racked up more than 60,000 retweets on just their own posts about Morgan. Sean Hannity dutifully put Morgan on his show.

Left unsaid in it all is a biographical detail that prompts questions about the validity of Morgan’s already dubious claims. In addition to witnessing supposed voter fraud, the man believes his family has been stalked cross-country by ghosts.

Before he became a hero in MAGAworld, Morgan was an amateur ghost-hunter.

Morgan’s first success came with a 2016 video about a “shadow person” living in his basement, from where he claimed to hear strange noises.

“I will not raise my daughters in a place that is haunted,” Morgan declares in the video, dubbed “Shadow person caught on camera.”

Despite hearing those noises, Morgan—again, in the video—descended down the stairs. But as he walked down, he saw a “shadow person,” who looked suspiciously similar to a normal human wearing a black morphsuit, peeking at him from the stairs. Morgan’s camera suddenly tilted, and the supposed ghost disappeared.

Pennsylvania court records show that Morgan has been arrested multiple times. In the most serious case, Morgan faced a raft of charges in 2005 that included forgery, theft, and receiving stolen property. Morgan eventually pleaded guilty to the forgery charge and was sentenced to more than six months in prison.
:-)
Looks like this guy was born to be a magatard champion.

Nobody is going to jail for giving an affidavit saying they saw mysterious things unloaded from a dark van, or they thought they saw ballots being transferred by truck. They're just vague claims that can't be verified.

That's why the lawyers have been cautious not to make any actual claims of fraud in courts. Because the affidavits don't provide any actual evidence of it.

If there were election abuses and these people witnessed them, for either side, then get them into courts and lets fix these issues. It is just hard to take any of this seriously when dozens of frivolous sore loser law suits have been laughed out of court, without even asserting voter fraud.

Again, and to repeat, there have been exactly 0 assertions of voter fraud in courts. The voter fraud part of the movie has been reserved solely for public consumption and not for any real legal remedies, because the attorneys representing the trump campaign want to still practice law next year.

I guess we will just have to wait and see. This will all play out soon. I believe December 14th is when the Electoral College meets to certify the vote. Still time for stuff to happen in the courts.

Some are kooks, some are just wrong. Some saw things they thought were nefarious but weren't.

The needle hasn't moved a millimeter in Trump's favor since election day. I wouldn't hold my breath.

Out of the 74,000,000 that voted for trump do you think it is possible for 1% of 1% of that 74 mil. to be liars, cheaters, cultists, fruit loops, attention seekers etc.? That would be 7,400.
Hell, the population in general has a lot higher % of those kind of people.

Yes, the ones about more votes than people are very compelling and never turn out to be completely false.
