Father in viral video of school board arrest says his daughter was raped in school bathroom.
On June 22, Scott Smith was arrested at a Loudoun County, Virginia, school board meeting, a meeting that was ultimately deemed an “unlawful assembly” after many attendees vocally opposed a policy on transgender students.
What people did not know is that weeks prior on May 28, Smith says, a boy allegedly wearing a skirt entered a girls’ bathroom at nearby Stone Bridge High School, where he sexually assaulted Smith’s ninth-grade daughter.
Juvenile records are sealed, but Smith’s attorney Elizabeth Lancaster told The Daily Wire that a boy was charged with two counts of forcible sodomy, one count of anal sodomy, and one count of forcible fellatio, related to an incident that day at that school.

Eh, agree to disagree I suppose. I'm not "for" boys using girls restrooms, and if I was asked I'd say hell no. I recognize it's an ideological thing, but I can't get too worked up about it because I don't think it's that big of a problem. It's wrong and it's sick, but I don't think we are inundated with examples like the one in the OP.
Again, just like cops killing black men, or mass shootings, or Covid Deaths, or white supremacists lurking around every corner, or rampant anti gay, anti women, anti immigrant people on the right. These things exist, but not in a proportion that's worth getting all frothed up about. Both sides do this. It's how they justify their existence or something. Yes but, when you look at how they break us down into all of these sub-sects, many of which require their aid in fighting "intolerance" from the "evil white male of western civilization", it's hard to say that division is not a part of their strategy here.

Of course division is being used as a strategy. But the assertion was that this is a case of it being used by some group above, and against both sides, to play them off against one another.
