not a chance. It would have taken him longer, yes, but people in Vegas routinely carry all kinds of things to rooms. It is a huge convention site, so people haul all sorts of large cases and luggage aroung, golf clubs, etc. Won't take a second look. [Reply]
With the amount of access the FBI/NSA has to everyone's communications, location, etc., I find it hard to believe they can't find a motive. I don't think it's that they "can't" find a motive. It's that they "won't" find a motive. [Reply]

I've been to several conferences in LV. We haul huge suitcases around and collapsible sign boards in cases over our shoulders that could easily conceal a rifle. Anybody could easily bring an armory into one of those hotels unnoticed.

After what Obama had said about Las Vegas about staying away(hurting the economy in Vegas) my theory is that both capitalistic conservatives and liberals both had motives to keep the facts and motives hush, hush.
