Not at all. The cup of 7-up and brown sugar balances it out.

You talking about pork tenderloin or loin of pork? :-)

Completely different cuts. One is tender and easy to cook, the other can be tough unless cooked just right.

Yeah. And I would consider using apple cider vinegar, instead of just white. More flavor, and should also bring additional sweetness the white vinegar won't.
