Forgot to post this last night. I would do a couple things differently but that would just be about the order of things.
1st burger was a pulled pork topped burger with bbq sauce. No cheese. Only serial killers put cheese on BBQ anyway. Was going to do burnt ends on top. But anyway...
2nd burger is a navajo burger with fry bread buns rather than a whole piece of fry bread folded with 2 patties. Topped with lettuce, tomato, onion and poblano mayo. Forgot to put the pepperjack cheese on it.
