I'll grudgingly link cnn to support journalism even though they fill their page with ads and noise.
The short version is that over 300,000 people have signed up for an event on Facebook to storm Area 51 so they can see what's inside. I suspect that most will be killed, eaten, or cast off into alternate universes, but I'm hoping that a few will make it back out to share their findings.
The grasshoppers are starting the first wave of the raid on Area 51. They have decided to stage in Las Vegas. Rumors of instectoid aliens has them ready to go.

I'd just take water bottles and set up just outside of restricted area sell them for like $10 each.
I don't believe many will be able to successfully make the 10k walk (or maybe it's 10 miles) to the base across the Nevada desert. Most of these people are probably typical keyboard warriors, right? Meaning fat, out of shape, weed-smoking, city people. Probably 98% of them get about halfway there and then turn back. Or get hopelessly lost.
