Thoroughly enjoyed the game from start to finish even if some of it was a bit corny and over done. A few of the player interviews make it appear as if they genuinely enjoyed the experience as well.

Yeah, they really hit this one out of the park. I can't remember the last time I watched a baseball game on TV featuring two teams I care nothing/next to nothing about. The weather was perfect and the game was entertaining and featured a damn near story book ending. But obviously most baseball games aren't nearly that dramatic or interesting.
I think the logistics of playing there will be a problem in the future. Last night went off without a hitch, but the day before it poured rain all day. How would you handle a rain out in an area with little to no suitable accommodations and limited transportation options? The whole thing could just have easily been a disaster. [Reply]
