Let's not leave Wikipedia out of all the fun. There, the bias is not just political. It's also financially based.

Facebook now agrees with that analysis, according to people who've been briefed on the decision. The new policy also applies to Instagram...

I'm not at all surprised, and I've never had an account with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or Google.

Ditch Instagram immediately. Do whatever it takes to clear everything.

Facebook is hunkering down for a fight over its burning desire to follow users–and nonusers–around the web.

The social network is heading to court in Belgium on Wednesday, Bloomberg reports. Its goal is to fight a court order that would force it to stop using cookies and other tracking technology to follow its users as they navigate around the internet to serve them ads–at least until Facebook explains exactly how and why it collects data and what it does with the information. The original court order required the social media giant to stop tracking users, delete all data it had gathered illegally on Belgian citizens–including people who were not Facebook users themselves–or face fines of up to €250,000 ($281,625) a day...

At least the complaints about such censorship led to the account getting put back online, this time.

Let's face it, they don't want the good guys on their platform, and their leadership is going to allow these not-mistakes to happen and make the good guys fight each not-mistake.

What's not going to be funny is when somebody takes matters into their own hands and does something they'll regret.

We should all hope for a medical breakthrough that saves Jake Tapper from his apparent Alzheimer's.
