I'd made my position on Watson known before he got handsy.
I think he's overrated as hell. He doesn't have a premier set of tools. He doesn't read defenses well. He holds the ball WAAAAAY too long. He's reasonably accurate but not enough to make up for his sub-standard arm and slow processing.
I think at his peak he was a fringe top 10 guy and since he peaked, a wave of young QBs have come in. I just don't see him as an elite guy. [Reply]

There was no way he was going to avoid a personal foul there. That was a textbook hit for decades, but it clearly isn't how the league wants it done anymore.
