His run block win rate of 68.8% was in the middle of the pack for starting guards, but still impressive enough for a sixth-round pick making his first NFL start. Chiefs had a pretty stellar draft...Bolton produced in his first start too. Gay didn't even play this early...4 starters in their first season/opening day with KC is fantastic....obviously Brown isn't a rookie. This is a SB roster so even making the team is an accomplishment.

Chiefs were picking at the bottom of each round ..so this is pretty rare. Have to mention Niang too...it was his first start...or Hughes making the game clinching int.

Quite the off-season haul...if Veach keeps this up, Chiefs are going to be SB contenders for a long time. These are the picks you have to hit on when you have a $50 million QB.
