That sounds right for sure. It's so annoying.

My NYE 3-night run with My Morning Jacket in Denver just got cancelled. 7 days before. My non refundable airline ticket remains unrefundable. We were already required to show vax card.

It's very upsetting.

Same here. I don't know if I had it before the game or not but on Saturday and Sunday I could barely move. One of the nights I woke up and it felt like there was a yak on my chest. Feel a lot better now but that was some scary shit for a minute. My wife got sick too but definitely not as bad, she's boosted I'm not. My son lives in the house and he's fine. My daughter lives in Santa Barbara about 2 hours away, she got it too which turned out to be cool because she could come home for Christmas. Anyways it's all over the place but I think that Chiefs Chargers game definitely blew it up.

My daughter attends college in Philly. She is worried about going back in Jan or that they will want to do distance learning.

She is immunocompromised with celiac. Had all vaccines plus booster. Just worried.

Well Covid finally caught up with me

Had a scratchy throat yesterday didn’t think anything of it. Woke up in the middle of the night with a fever and headache. Took a test this morning, positive.

Other than scratchy throat and faint headache, feel fine

Christmas = total shitshow. They're dropping like flies around my family and friends in KC - sick and pozzed.

Everyone so far who's sick is vaxxed, but not boosted. No one who's vaxxed and boosted feels sick or has tested positive yet.

Hopefully it's just a mild case for you.

My symptoms started just about a week ago, got a positive test last Wednesday and I'm on the mend. A little less gunk in my head and throat every morning.

Pretty certain the wife has it currently. Sixth day of fairly mild cold like symptoms but with a little more exhaustion than a normal cold. She's double vaxxed and was scheduled to get her booster today but rescheduled due to being symptomatic.

She called to cancel a couple other in-person appointments this week and the two places she talked to said people are dropping their appointments right and left due to symptoms.

I had the exact same thing over Thanksgiving. PCR test said no. I say I'm not so sure. The fatigue is what made me suspicious. Who knows.
