That is not a house or a car or a house necessity like air conditioners, refrigerators, or other appliances, etc. It would be boring if everyone just had to say their furnace or something. Furniture, electronics, TVs and things like that count though.

I was thinking about this because we had to get a new laptop, and ended up getting a pretty expensive one, and I realized it’s probably the priciest single thing I have at over $2k that isn’t my house or it’s necessities or the cars. I’ve come to the conclusion I need more valuable things. Especially if I hope to get on Pawn Stars.
Do pets count? I’m assuming no because of the on going cost which varies for everyone, but dog prices have sky rocketed so I could see that.
Mine is definitely my road bike. I bought it used off Craigslist for $1100 in the middle of the pandemic and then fixed it up. I might have some other bullshit that’s technically more expensive but I love my bike. [Reply]
