I just took some blocks of creamed cheese off the smoker…jalapeño creamed honey base, jalapeño jam…raspberry honey and plum jam.

It’s my show stopper cracker dip. Heading to party where other more qualified fellows are resting the meats of choice.

Forgot to post this last night. I would do a couple things differently but that would just be about the order of things.

1st burger was a pulled pork topped burger with bbq sauce. No cheese. Only serial killers put cheese on BBQ anyway. Was going to do burnt ends on top. But anyway...

2nd burger is a navajo burger with fry bread buns rather than a whole piece of fry bread folded with 2 patties. Topped with lettuce, tomato, onion and poblano mayo. Forgot to put the pepperjack cheese on it.
