This little game we're playing here is proof Buffett isn't wrong. And we could be shuffling stocks in and out of this portfolio and the results would be the same if not worse.

CVNA might be our worst performing stock in the portfolio right now, but I still know that if management executes well, they can reach that 2.5 million cars per year goal rapidly.

And I have done analysis to determine what the resultant cash flow would be, and therefore the value of the company. Note that I didn't say price of the company. Wall Street doesn't know how to do basic math. They are so lost in their short term game.

It makes me feel like a bit of a curmudgeon, but that's the philosophy I've chosen to adopt. It also makes market swings much less stressful. When your approach is just to keep feeding your portfolio no matter what, downturns are just numbers on a screen rather than something you have to adjust your planning around.

Best performer Friday was

BBBY at 6.85% selected by Chazno

LMT at 1.42% selected by Stumpy

4 Green stocks out of 58. LOL

CP down 2.77%

SPY down 2.74%

I heard that EVERY stock in the DOW was red Friday.

I look at my Portfolio and just laugh. It's all just numbers. They don't scare me.

Been using this screener for swing trades and have made a hand full of 10% trades

This morning I grabbed AXSM at $28 and sold it an hour later at $30.80. Only 27 shares but it's something

https://marketchameleon.com/Reports/PremarketTrading

What I've been doing is targeting the decliner section and looking for 20% plus decliners, then I go to stocktwits and see what the sentiment is. You can tell pretty quickly if the sell off is an over reaction. If I get that feel I grab it an set a sell limit at 10%. It's been working pretty well.

:-) It's looking that way. This might go down as the worst month in the history of the stock market .

Since I got locked out of the other thread

down 809 today. This sucks.

I am financially at the most comfortable point in my life, and the market is crashing and we are being threatened by nuclear war. (only by weirdos)

But holy cow.
