I really hope it isn't as predictable as Robby lets David get away, thinks his list of girls isn't the end of the world, doesn't call police, and now Jake will end up a victim of David during the shooting, he dies, and Robinavitch will blame himself, ending the season with some dumb cliffhanger of him standing on the ledge of the roof of the hospital.
I mean if they do that, just go ahead and have Robby jump.
Same. The shooter thing with David just seems so obvious and cliched. I’d rather it be the angry dude who punched the head nurse at this point. [Reply]

Wife and I said the same thing about the lack of pharmacist on the code/trauma cases. But outside of that, it’s the best medical show I’ve seen since ER.
Noah Wyle from ER kid doctor to grizzled veteran ER physician has been a great casting.
Spoiler!
Also, drug theft by physician/nurses I’d a real thing.

If you are working in a hospital. you have a moral commitment to do no harm. The poker face is a part of that.
The patients are already stressed out and you make them even more stressed because you cant control your emotions? Not acceptable at all. [Reply]

I agree , she was an Older student who had gone into ultrasound from the business world , had not been exposed to much healthcare stuff , hell she had to pull over in her drive home because she was crying too much after her first cancer find .
It is harder in a small town though just found an ovarian CA on a friend last week , she is trying to do small talk while I have a probe in her vagina trying to figure out this mass , do you chat it knowing she has cancer like it’s a normal day do you go quiet , some patients talk just because they are anxious , so talking helps , just the transvag on my friends wife is awkward enough . Noah deserves an Emmy for that episode. He brought the acting "A" game. Amazing to watch him deal with the day as the carnage piles on and on into his soul. [Reply]
