I checked with the league circles to see what the Titans did in the Super Bowl. They didn’t have an answer. Apparently their season was over a month before the big game and they were relinquished to watching real teams play football. [Reply]

Yes this is true. The Titans defense was historically bad last year. The year before would have been the Titans year had they not played on the road 4 straight weeks in the playoffs (doing all the hard work until the chefs caught em at the right time)
