Nzoner's Game Room>Juju to Patriots

Good for him. Glad he was able to parlay his one season here into, hopefully, more $$$.

That only helps the Chiefs. We get to move on and find a better talent, he gets to get paid, Chiefs get to say, "see, it works". Win for all.

Yep.

My only reaction to this is "well, this just means the Chiefs are going to be even more aggressive at the WR position, now".

Exactly, I appreciate Juju's contribution this past season. Him not being here will not be a big void to fill and I'm fairly certain he never has another 900 yard season.

I wonder if there's any chance we re-sign Hardman.

Thank God. Much rather sign him when his value is relatively low than JJSS at his peak.

I'm thinking you're spot on.

A little shocked the Chiefs weren't willing to go to 11 million a year. They must have something else in the works.

Would be helpful for the 25 drives a season he’s healthy

Where is this narrative that Mecole can’t stay healthy coming from? He never missed a game in his first 3 seasons. Sure he missed half of this season but he also put off surgery until after the season in an attempt to come back this season. Anyone that didn’t notice that the jet sweep / fake sweeps weren’t as effective when he was out wasn’t paying attention. The thing he does so well is stretch the field horizontally which can be just as important as stretching it vertically.

A guy with a ring in KC signs with the Pats. Ha! My oh my, how the tables have turned.

Solid deal for Juju and the Pats. Best of luck to him, enjoy the ring.

What the hell? The Pats? Why would he do that? I can't imagine they opened the bag for him.

The #Patriots are giving WR JuJu Smith-Schuster a 3-year deal worth $33m, source said. A big investment.
