Scott biggest mistake was taking a kid that pretty much had zero snaps in high school after his sophomore year. IIRC Martinez played 2 games his junior year. Then was injured

He's currently throwing the players under the bus. It's honest, but it's weird hearing a coach do that.

He's not wrong about a lot of it, and a lot of it is just stupid shit that players are doing. But he basically said he doesn't know what more they as coaches can do to emphasize this stuff...wow. So basically he's saying he's coaching the best he can and the team sucks. So...

EDIT - Nah, they'll give him 5 years. Hell, who else are they gonna get? Nobody wants this fucking job...
