Considering Darnold and the Jets needed a divorce, this isn’t really a bad deal for either side.

It’s decent enough compensation considering how bad the Jets have been with Darnold at QB.

If Darnold becomes a decent starting QB, then it’s well worth the picks.

You simply can't say that with any certainty. The Jets entire organization was a dumpster fire.

Darnold actually has some skill, especially improvising outside the pocket. He's going to the PERFECT situation with Rhule and Brady where they can use him in unconventional ways.

Gase is so bad that people don't even understand. Watch Darnold get to 1st read, then 2nd read..no WR's even breaking open.

NFL teams liked Darnold pre-draft more than those other guys.

He was QB #1 on most boards.

Rosen had a few team interested but he was QB 3 or 4 for most.

Haskins might not have been a 1st rounder if it wasn't for Dan Snyder.

And for the record I had both Rosen and Haskins as busts pre-draft.

Not Darnold. If he can't make it with Joe Brady I'll take the L.
