Got a call from my uncle in Rock Springs, WY yesterday... 33 with just a touch of snow

Meanwhile in Illinois, its 5 with a feels like of -10 and no end in sight... FML :-)

We've warmed up to 9. But the worst part was I couldn't find my snow shovel and had to go to Walmart. That place was a fucking madhouse.

I mean really, do you really need nine loaves of bread and 5 gallons of milk?

Plus people were being assholes. That didn't help my normal chipper mood

Don't ya just hate that? Yes folks its gonna be bad for a week or two, hell I just stocked in some supplies myself... but the hoarding mentality is a form of mental illness

Agreed. Don't get me wrong because I know everyone has a different situation but fuck. I went to the store last week and bought some shit but who the hell needs that much of any perishable item?
