Undefeated retired boxing champion Floyd Mayweather will step back inside the ring for a "special exhibition" against Logan Paul next February, according to an announcement made by Fanmio on social media on Sunday. The event will air live on pay-per-view on Feb. 20, and fans can already order the pay-per-view now via an early bird special.
"The undefeated boxing superstar @floydmayweather will fight social media sensation @loganpaul on February 20th, 2021 available to everyone worldwide on Fanmio," Fanmio's announcement read. [Reply]
That being said it isn't out of the realm of possibilities to imagine mayweather taking this fight for millions and then taking a dive for a few million more. Or at least going the distance to a no-decision.
The state of boxing is so sad that Logan Paul is the only thing driving interest just because we all want to see his head get caved in. IF Paul won this fight or did NOT get his head caved in, he would conceivably draw millions more for a re-match or a bout with a more legit fighter.
I'm not saying it is happening I'm just saying...well I'm saying I just thought of that. [Reply]
Mayweather fights ugh, who pays for this crap? I guess at least you know it will go the distance, but that means you have to watch a guy throw just enough punches to win a round. yippee...

I'm guessing it goes the distance, Jake Paul starts shit about how Floyd couldn't even beat his brother, Floyd has no chance against him. They then schedule that fight and make another hundred million cause we're sheep who throw money at anything halfway entertaining. [Reply]

I’ll agree. Zero chance this is on the up and up.
If nothing else, Floyd will let him hang around awhile to make it look competitive. [Reply]

That sounds exactly like what is going to happen. Floyd saw these idiots making millions off these amateur fights and wanted a piece of that. [Reply]
