Joined a gym Monday - went for 20 mins to get acclimated again - then yesterday did 50 mins. I'm sore today - will go back tomorrow - Down around 7 lbs or so this year. Low carbing - no drinking. [Reply]
down a lot of weight - still have about 15 to go - ran 4 miles today - working out all part of my body, throughout the week. Eating right, not drinking, etc.... going to be a good spring/summer. I started early enough. [Reply]
