What helps me is just focusing on the calories, protein and fat mins. I'll worry about cleaning up all the other stuff when I can eat around 2k om a daily basis. This month I've done that and kicked the booze as well.

I haven't received all my stats from Strava yet, but I've ridden
3,479 miles in 2018. Will be interesting to see what my vertical miles turns out to be.

I'm thinking of starting Orange Theory Fitness into my workout routines
