Veach is all over scouting WRs...so he knows about him. Must have liked what he saw..
He is next years Hardman...conditional 3rd rounder for a 23 year old WR that had a 1st round grade...seems like an educated risk if he meets the trade conditions...which I would assume is tied to his health/character concerns.
