8 years ago tonight Moose homered in the 11, in Anaheim to give the Royals the lead and Holland closed it out for a 1-0 lead in the ALDS.

The first pitch from Vargas resulted in a LoCain’s first (of many) incredible defensive plays as he stole a HR from Kole Calhoun.

This is the equivalent of Chiefs fans talking about Watson being inducted someday into the Ring of Honor.
It is? Big Vin has. +.800 OPS. That would be like a rookie WR having 700 yards after 8 games. Not the same at all.

Royals Hall of Famer. Mark it down. Big Vin.

Definitely some really nice pieces in the cabinet for the next staff. Hopefully they think bigger and expect more (unintended).

Pasquatch is the real deal. The guy has insane plate discipline and tons of power. He could very well be the best hitter we've had in a long time.

Willie went coo-coo for Pasquantino for sure and was the biggest cheerleader for him.

But we talked about him in this thread for the first time like 3 years ago, when he was showing the same impressive combination of power, plate discipline, and contact in rookie ball during his pro debut.

Edwin Arroyo could be a top 20 prospect, too. His numbers were eye-popping for an 18-year-old in low Single-A ball.
